How do I book direct?

Pay securely through Stripe. Card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Between 7 and 30 days before check-in, half the nightly total is refunded. Within 7 days of check-in the nightly total is non-refundable. The cleaning fee is always returned.

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable security deposit may be collected separately at checkout. It is returned within 3 to 5 business days after a damage-free checkout.

Can I pay in two payments?

Yes. For stays booked at least 60 days ahead you can pay 50% today and the remaining balance 30 days before check-in. We email you a secure payment link before the balance is due. If the remaining balance is not paid by its due date, the reservation is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited under our cancellation policy.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM HST. Early check-in or late checkout may be available on request.
