How do I book direct?

Choose your check-in and check-out dates, select guests, and complete Stripe checkout. You receive instant email confirmation. Book direct at the property rate with no Airbnb guest fees or platform markup.

Is payment secure?

Pay securely through Stripe. Card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Between 7 and 30 days before check-in, half the nightly total is refunded. Within 7 days of check-in the nightly total is non-refundable. The cleaning fee is always returned.

Is there a security deposit?

Accepted Answer

No security deposit and no equipment deposit are collected. The water equipment - kayaks, paddles, stand-up paddleboards and surfboards - is free to use; each adult who uses it signs a short water activity waiver.

Can I pay in two payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For stays booked at least 60 days ahead you can pay 50% today and the remaining balance 30 days before check-in. We email you a secure payment link before the balance is due. If the remaining balance is not paid by its due date, the reservation is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited under our cancellation policy.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM HST. Early check-in or late checkout may be available on request.
