01Where is the vacation rental located?
Our beachfront property is in Ka'a'awa on Oahu's windward coast, directly across from Kualoa Ranch. It's about 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport with stunning ocean views toward Mokoli'i (Chinaman's Hat).
02How do I book directly?
Select your dates on our booking page, enter guest count, and complete Stripe checkout. You receive instant email confirmation. Book direct at the property rate with no Airbnb guest fees or platform markup.
03Is payment secure?
Pay securely through Stripe. Card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
04What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Between 7 and 30 days before check-in, half the nightly total is refunded. Within 7 days of check-in the nightly total is non-refundable. The cleaning fee is always returned.
05Is there a security deposit?
A refundable security deposit may be collected separately at checkout. It is returned within 3 to 5 business days after a damage-free checkout.
06What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM HST. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request depending on availability.
07How many guests can the property accommodate?
Our 3-bedroom oceanfront beach house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, ideal for families or small groups visiting Oahu.
08Is the property truly beachfront?
Yes. The home sits directly on the oceanfront in Ka'a'awa with private beach access, panoramic Pacific views, and calm waters ideal for families.
09What amenities are included?
Guests enjoy a full gourmet kitchen, high-speed WiFi, A/C, washer/dryer, beach gear, outdoor entertaining space, parking, and premium linens and towels.
10What is there to do near Ka'a'awa?
Walk to Kualoa Ranch for tours and film-site adventures, kayak to Mokoli'i (Chinaman's Hat), explore windward coast beaches, or day-trip to the North Shore and Polynesian Cultural Center.
11Do you charge cleaning fees?
A cleaning fee is disclosed during checkout before you confirm your reservation. All fees are shown transparently with no hidden charges at direct booking.
